Many of our clients live outside Riyadh. Googan is a certified translation office based in Riyadh, and most of our translations are delivered electronically as stamped PDF files, so you can order certified translation online from any city in Saudi Arabia.
How to order from outside Riyadh
- Take a clear photo of the document or send a PDF, including all pages and both sides.
- Send it via WhatsApp and mention the target language and the receiving entity.
- We review the file and confirm the price and delivery time before starting. The price depends on the document, language and length.
- We translate and check names, numbers and dates against the original.
- You receive the stamped certified translation as a PDF; a paper copy can be arranged when needed.
Is an electronic copy accepted?
It depends on the receiving entity and the transaction. Ask the entity whether it accepts an electronic certified translation or needs a paper copy, and tell us so we prepare the right format.
