Files and Information

The client is responsible for providing clear, complete, and accurate files and for identifying the receiving authority and any special requirements before work begins.

Timelines and Delivery

We adhere to the agreed timeline as far as possible. The timeline may be affected if the scope changes or if the client delays sending files or responding to questions required for execution.

Reviews and Revisions

The service includes revisions related to the agreed scope. Changes resulting from amendments to the original text or new content added after work begins may be treated as additional work.

Confidentiality and File Protection

We handle client files with professional confidentiality and use them only for evaluation, execution, and follow-up in accordance with the office’s approved internal procedures.

Cancellation and Refunds

Eligibility for cancellation or refund depends on the stage of execution, work completed, and costs incurred, and will be explained to the client upon request.

Limitation of Liability

The office exercises professional care in providing its services and is not responsible for decisions made by receiving authorities, changes in their requirements, or rejection of a document for reasons outside the agreed translation scope.

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably and, when necessary, through the competent legal procedures.
